The origin, stops and destination of each callsign come from the Virtual Radar Server standing data, dedicated to the public domain under CC0 1.0 and published by adsb.lol. SkysSense asks for them from its own server, by callsign only. A route is the flight's usual schedule, so on a given day it can be wrong.
Weather conditions come from the forecast of the Norwegian Meteorological Institute (MET Norway), under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 and the Norwegian Licence for Open Government Data 2.0, which allow commercial use with attribution. SkysSense asks for them from its own server, with the position rounded to about 1 km, and keeps each answer until MET Norway says it expires.

Attribution: You must attribute the source in any public use of the data.
Share-Alike: If you publicly distribute a modified or derived database,
it must also be made available under ODbL. Displaying data in an application does not
trigger this requirement; only publishing a new derived dataset does.
